Check-in/Check-out
Check-in time is 3pm. Check out time is 10 am. If an earlier check-in time is needed, please call the office at 800-474-0070 so that we may accommodate you.
Non-Smoking
All condo rentals are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on outside decks. Please be as considerate as possible to your non-smoking neighbors, and do not throw butts to the ground.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Cancellation/Refund
If the reservation is cancelled within 14 calendar days prior to the arrival date, you are obligated for the cost of your reservation reduced only by our ability to re-book the unit. There will be no refund for early departure.
Minimum Stay
There is a 2-night minimum requirement.
